Hamilton High Performance Race Clinic Tuneup

Many local clubs are now starting to advertise the details of the high performance camp clinics.  As we receive them, we’ll be posting details here.  Scroll to the bottom of the page for the poster.

There are just a few spots left for the Spring Tune-up Clinic May 10-11 at
RHYC.  Topics include season planning and goal setting, mental preparation,
nutrition, boat handling. Lunches and materials are included in the $50
cost. Open to Laser, Radial and Double-handed Sailors, this is an excellent
opportunity to kick-start your season before the Icebreaker and Lilac
regattas!

Please have your athletes bring their log books and register by Thursday by
calling Amy Klokoff at 905-528-8464 x224. Camp starts at 9:00hrs Saturday.
Payment can be made Saturday morning if you prefer.
